I don't know where to log in:
No matter which program you are enrolled in, the login link is the same: https://member.starlingminds.com/.
I forgot my password:
- If you forgot your password and would like to reset it to log into the program, you can reset your password on the login page (https://member.starlingminds.com/). Select the “Forgotten password?” button to begin the password reset process.
- Type in the email address associated with the account.
- Once you select “Reset Password”, check your inbox for an email with the password reset link.
- Once you click the link, you will be prompted to create a new password.
- If you forgot your username, you can test all your possible email addresses with the “Forgot your password” feature as well.
- If you are still unable to log in, please email us at members@starlingminds.com.
I didn’t get a welcome email after I registered:
- If you have registered for our program but did not receive a welcome email, please note that it may take a few hours for the email to reach your inbox.
- Ensure you have granted permission to Starling Minds’ email notifications
- If you still have not received it, please check your spam folder for an email titled:
- Welcome to Starling Minds; or,
- If you have been referred to our Return-to-Health program, you do not need to register. Instead, you should receive a welcome email upon referral called “Your [Case Manager name] from [your insurance provider or employer] has invited you to Starling Return to Health”. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder and make sure to allow all Starling Minds emails to come through.
- If you are still unable to log in, please email us at members@starlingminds.com.
I want to refer someone to Starling Minds:
Love Starling Minds and want to share it with people around you? If your organization offers family referrals follow these steps to refer them to the program:
- Find your organization-specific family referral access code
- Send your family member the access code and the Starling Minds landing page (https://member.starlingminds.com/)
- If you are unsure about whether or not your organization allows family referrals, please email us at members@starlingminds.com and let us know your organization.
